The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults(RCIA) process includes faith formation and sharing, prayer and community building to help those considering becoming Catholic.  RCIA is appropriate for those who have never been baptized, for those who have been baptized in another faith and would like to become Catholic, and for those who were baptized Catholic but have not completed all of the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Confirmation and First Eucharist).  Practicing Catholics are invited to serve as sponsors for those who are completing the RCIA process.

For more information on the RCIA process, contact Pete Ries at 517-351-5460 ext. 328, or email at pries@elcatholics.org
