Our wonderful traditions began seventy years ago when Bishop Joseph Albers founded St. Thomas Aquinas Parish with the belief that the Catholics of the growing East Lansing community needed their own spiritual home. His vision became the dream of Msg. Jerome MacEachin (Fr. Mac) who created the sense of possibility which continues to inspire our parish today. A Promise to Give is our name for regular Sunday giving. It is one important way in which you can put your faith into action and keep those dreams alive. By making a pledged offering for the coming year, you are able to plan ahead, while we are also able to plan and be a good steward of your resources. A Promise to Give is the sole source to support the ordinary operation of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, St. John Church and Student Center and St. Thomas Aquinas Parish School - everything from basic requirements, to the various outreach programs, to the celebration of Mass. All of these opportunities are made possible through your generous support and promise to give.
